 Personal Background and Areas of Expertise

I am local through and through.  I’ve worked for many major employers including Microsoft, Starbucks and Eddie Bauer.  I grew up in Bellevue (graduated from Newport High) and after completing both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Central Washington University, settled in Snohomish County to raise my children. I’ve lived In Sultan, rural Snohomish County and now Monroe.  I’ve been through the home buying and selling process 4 times, have been personally through the short sale process and even, the foreclosure process.  I can honestly say I have a deep understanding of what it can be like to be in many different circumstances in the home buying or selling process.

I have particular expertise working with corporate employees and people of diverse communities.  I have long believed in the power of real estate ownership in anchoring personal, family and community health and my values are represented in every interaction I have.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree and am currently pursuing a MFA in creative writing.

My two boys, age 5 and 7, are  my sky.  They are a great addition to their generation.
